Some songs get a second moment once the album dust settles, and KiDi Crazy World is the latest from the Ghanaian singer to receive an official visualiser. The visual landed on YouTube on 30 October 2026, giving listeners another way to return to the opening track of his album.
The song belongs to Where Do We Go From Here, which came out on 27 August 2026. The project was released through Black Boy Joy, under exclusive global licence to Encore Recordings. The visualiser arrives roughly two months after the album, so it keeps one of its songs in front of fans at a time when the full body of work has had room to settle.
Crazy World is the first track on the record, and that placement matters. It is the first thing a listener hears when the album starts, so KiDi has chosen it to set the tone for what follows. A visualiser puts that opening statement on screen in a simple, direct way, with the music at the centre rather than a storyline.
KiDi is the only artist on the song, so the attention stays on his voice from the first bar to the last. The album title is phrased as a question, and opening with Crazy World gives the listener a clear place to begin.
For anyone who has been searching for the KiDi Crazy World video or the audio, the official upload is now the cleanest place to start. It sits on the artist’s own channel, so there is no need to hunt through reposts and fan edits. The official stream link is kidi.ffm.to/where-do-we-go-from-here, which points to the album on the major platforms.
We covered the song when it first surfaced, and you can read our earlier post on KiDi – Crazy World if you want to see how it was received on this site.
The album itself is a generous one. It runs to fifteen tracks, in this order: Crazy World, Special Lovin, See Thru, IDK, Signature, Agreement, Lonely, Headache, Crucified, Lord Knows, Babylon, 2 Much Sugar, Red Dress, Confession and Dreams.
The running order is worth a look. Crazy World opens the record, Special Lovin and See Thru come straight after it, and Dreams closes the set. That gives the album a clear start and finish, with thirteen songs in between.
The second half has its own shape. Headache, Crucified and Lord Knows sit together after the midpoint, and Babylon, 2 Much Sugar and Red Dress lead into Confession and Dreams. Anyone who plays the album from the top will reach those songs only after Crazy World has set the mood.
A record of this length gives an artist room to move between moods, and KiDi has never been shy about doing that. Having Crazy World lead the way means the whole project is introduced by this one song.
KiDi Crazy World and the road that led to it
KiDi was born Dennis Nana Kwaku Boadi Dwamena on 18 August 1993. He is a singer, songwriter and producer, and his path to the top began on a university campus. While studying Economics and Information Studies at the University of Ghana, he performed on Moonlight Café, a production that gives upcoming artists a platform on campuses across the country. He also recorded covers of popular songs in those early days.
The next step came in 2015, when he entered the MTN Hitmaker competition. He won it and was later signed to Lynx Entertainment. For a young man who had been singing covers between lectures, it was a quick and decisive change in direction.
His breakthrough followed in 2017 with Say You Love Me. KiDi did not only write the song. He also arranged and produced it, which says a good deal about how hands-on he is with his own music. Odo came in July 2017 and became another chart-topper. In December that year, a remix of Odo featuring the Nigerian artists Davido and Mayorkun widened his audience beyond Ghana. Adiepena followed in April 2018.
Those years also put him on some of the biggest stages in the country. He performed at the 2017 Rapperholic Concert, Ghana Music Honors 2017, December to Remember 2017 and S Concert 2017. In March 2018 he took part in the 61st Ghana Independence Celebration Show.
Placed beside that history, Where Do We Go From Here reads like the work of an artist who has been asking questions of himself for a while. It is a long way from the Moonlight Café stage, yet the habit of writing, arranging and shaping his own sound is still visible in how he presents himself. That is a personal reading on my part, but the consistency across nearly a decade is hard to miss.
What the visualiser adds is focus. Instead of asking fans to take in fifteen songs at once, it holds the spotlight on one. Crazy World gets its own screen time, and listeners can judge for themselves how the opening track sets up the rest of the album. It also gives the song another route into playlists, timelines and WhatsApp groups, where Ghanaian fans tend to decide quickly what deserves a replay.
If you have already lived with the album, the visualiser is a good reason to return to the first track and hear it again with close attention. If you have not, it is a sensible entry point, since it is the song KiDi chose to open the record with. Anyone who prefers to listen rather than watch can find the KiDi Crazy World audio on the album through the stream link above.
