Rap Fada Ft Kuami Eugene x Ko-Jo Cue x Lyrical Joe – On My Feet

Rap Fada has assembled a serious line-up for On My Feet, bringing Kuami Eugene, Ko-Jo Cue and Lyrical Joe onto one record. The song is a motivational anthem about standing tall after being knocked down, and with three of Ghana’s most respected names alongside him, Rap Fada has made the biggest statement of his career.

Kuami Eugene supplies the melodic hook, Ko-Jo Cue and Lyrical Joe bring two very different rap styles, and Rap Fada holds the centre with verses about resilience and faith. The production blends Afrobeats drums with a soulful, uplifting melody that suits the message.

What On My Feet is about

The song is about getting up. Each verse tells a story of setback, from financial struggle to doubters and disappointment, and each returns to the same resolve: still standing, still moving. Kuami Eugene’s chorus turns that resolve into a sing-along, and the three rappers give it weight. Ko-Jo Cue brings his thoughtful, measured style, Lyrical Joe brings technical fire and Rap Fada brings the personal testimony that holds the record together.

Why the song connects

Motivational records do well in Ghana because they speak to daily life, and On My Feet has four voices telling the same truth from different angles. It has found an audience among students, hustlers and anyone recovering from a hard season, and the mix of melody and rap gives it reach across both Afrobeats and hip-hop listeners.

It is a record to play before a hard day.
