Lovers of deep lyrics and wordplay have definitely missed Okra Tom Dawidi over the years since he’s been a bit quiet in what he does best.
After his breakthrough songs “Ayekoo” on Hammer’s Compilation, not much has been done by this artist. But it seems that is coming to an end when in a short time Okra releases his new track featuring Sarkodie, one of the finest lyrical power house in Ghana rap game. The track is titled “FITEM”, meaning fan the fire.
We can expect nothing but a renewal of lyrical mastery when these two artistes team up to fan the fire of Ghana rap. As to whether they are going to fan the low fire rap songs that’s been going around in the music scene or inviting other rappers to come and get their low fired rap fanned, we leave to see when this classic combination drops in a short while.
